Email delivery@frameviva.com for general support, billing disputes, refund review, privacy requests or suspected misuse. For a content-safety report, use the subject “Content safety report” and include the page URL or order reference, the prohibited category and a description of the concern. Do not forward private access tokens or illegal material. See the reporting and review process. This is also the reply address for Frameviva delivery emails. We do not offer telephone support or a live-chat service.
For an order issue, include the order reference, the email used for that order and a description of the problem. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, API keys or your private access link. We will ask for the minimum additional information necessary to verify a request.
Purchases and public uploads are closed. The private technical preview is for authorized synthetic tests only. Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement; a private test order page can also show status and downloads. No fixed support response or refund settlement time is promised.
